Please use this form to request information, the annual CSA sign-up form, questions about crop availability, etc. Requests for beef, chicken, pork, sausage or produce to be delivered to the Dixie Classic Farmers Market on Saturday mornings can be submitted through this form. All meats must be picked up by 11:00 am on Saturdays unless other arrangements are made in advance. Requests can also be delivered to the WF Baptist Hospital Market during the regular season from May - Oct. The farm office number is 336-351-0935 if you wish to contact us with any questions.
