CSA
(Community Supported Agriculture) Sign-ups for the 2012 CSA start February 1st. May - September 20 week season. There are a couple extra weeks to allow for vacations, weeks off, etc. Sign-up forms available on request. Payment in advance. Membership can be reserved with a deposit and payments made until first delivery at the beginning of May. Members pick up their weekly shares at: - Dixie Classic Fairgrounds - Wake Forest Univ Baptist Medical Center Market - at the farm. Full shares are $400 for a 20 week season Weekly box includes a minimum value of $20, approximately 10 lbs. of in-season vegetables, fruits, and farm eggs. Additional treats vary, including jams/jellies, homemade breads, etc. Half shares are $240 for a 20 week season Weekly box includes a minimum value of $12, approximately 6 lbs. of in-season vegetables, fruits, and farm eggs. Additional treats vary, including jams/jellies, homemade breads, etc. Weekly Meat Option is available for $240, same 20 week season. Meat selections vary each week among beef cuts, pastured chicken, pastured pork. (Members indicate varieties they want.)
